• Handle and webbing width by weight: 10–16mm for small and medium dogs, 16–25mm for medium and large dogs
• Choose a retractable lead with reliable braking and an anti-lunge mechanism
• For night walks, choose reflective or LED options to raise visibility distance

Pull moves off the neck and onto the chest and back, so long walks do not press on the windpipe.
